Couch to 5K with a difference!
Our friendly group sessions are a unique mix of walking, running and group circuit training. Getting you ready to take on the 5K running challenge and making you stronger along the way. It's an exciting and enjoyable way to get fitter, healthier and more awesome! Perfect for beginners and those wanting to get fit.
We meet every Monday / Wednesday at 6pm. Join us on Monday / Wednesday or both day. Meet by Basford Library on Vernon Road (NG6 0AR). Its just £2 per week or £15 for 8 weeks.
